While luckyplus takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability. luckyplus is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, provided that reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where possible. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk, and luckyplus's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
